A typical week might look like this:
Each morning will start with a swim in the pool if you feel so inclined followed by a yoga session and then a nutritious breakfast prepared by our highly qualified cook.
There will be three training sessions each day and by the end of the second day you will have had an opportunity to experiment with all of the apparatus.
The morning session will lead into lunch and you will have a few hours of relaxation by the pool prior to the afternoon/early evening session, which will be followed by the evening meal, which will be designed to replenish nutrients and energy in readiness for the next day’s challenges.
On the third day you may get the chance to focus on one discipline. We will then work on putting a piece together using the new moves you have discovered.
Toward the end of the week you may start to learn some techniques to help you with the creative and theatrical elements of performance. This will also help with linking moves together and being more expressive and fluid when performing to music.
By the end of the week you will feel energised and exhilarated and ready to show off your new skills.
