On our Activity Retreats Aerial Course you will have the opportunity to learn trapeze, rope, silks, hoop and loop. 

We cater for any ability from total beginner to improver.

A typical week might look like this:

  • Each morning will start with a glass of lemon water followed by yoga or gentle stretching in the open air to warm up. 
  • This will be followed by a nutritious breakfast prepared by our nutritionsist (see below). 
  • Then we’ll do a two hour session on your first piece of equipment. 
  • There will be three training sessions each day and by the end of the second day you will have had an opportunity to experiment with all of the apparatus. 
  • On the third day we will focus on one skill. We will then work on putting a piece together using the new moves you have discovered.
  • There is also a plan to play some choreography games.

By the end of the week you will feel energised and exhilarated and ready to show off your new skills.

Food and Nutrition
The course promises to be a full body work out from the inside to the outside.
Meals will be carefully prepared by Amy, who is a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist. She has studied at the The College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.

Passionate about health and wellness and a keen foodie, Amy will be preparing tasty and nutritionally balanced meals that will compliment our retreat activities. Prepared with care using local, whole, organic, fresh and minimally processed foods, she aims to make delicious meals that are as nutrient dense as possible, mindful of the therapeutic benefit of every ingredient.

Amy will be serving a delicious vegetarian menu at our Aerial retreat. We will be asking students to please let us know if they have any allergies or other dietary requirements.
    

Sports Travel Insurance
Sports Travel insurance will provide cover for the whole time that you are on a trip away from home. It will cover you for any general travel issues, plus any issues related to the chosen sport(s). Cover is provided for your chosen sport, plus all other sports in the same sports group or lower groups. Policies can be Single trip or Annual multi-trip - Annual policies allow multiple single trips of up to 90 days each. There are 3 levels of cover available to choose from which allow you to select how much cover you require for cancellation, baggage, sports equipment etc.

 Aerial Fitness Courses ​​

Fee £799 or £750 Early Bird Discount before end of March 2018. Price includes accommodation and 3 meals a day plus a full programme of workshops, conditoning exercises and early morning stretch class every day of the week.

For the first time at Activity Retreats we will have a professional photographer on site for the last couple of days of the camp to take fabulous photos of everyone showing off their newly learned skiills. If you need photos to further your aerial career or if you want them just for fun this will be a great opportunity for you to start (or enhance) your porfolio. And it's thrown in for FREE.​​

We urge you to book early to ensure you get a place on the course and benefit from very cheap Easyjet Flights  into Toulose or Pau.
